Just recently I had an accident with my FAM charting.
So I'll explain what happened now being 7mos PP, I went back to FAM from BOM since I get more rest for accurate temps. On CD11 being a dry day I had unprotected sex that night at 12am CD12 I wrote it as masked on my paper chart. CD13 I start making tons of EWCM so now I know my chances of pregnancy are very high and I'm freaking out.

I wanted to know which is the best brand of cervical caps so I can use it with my FAM charting? I'm thinking using that instead of condoms since it's hard for Hubby to feel anything. We're still TTA but I want to do it more safely like having protected sex only until post O day.

Which is more flexible? Won't be felt as much? Easier to insert?
