I'm curious to hear if any of you use the Creighton Method, it's what DH and I have always used but we recently moved to a new area and no one here has heard of it, they all use Couple to Couple.

It seems cm has changed since having a baby and I'd love to talk to someone who uses Creighton.

We were trained in Creighton and used it for 2 years between our second and third child. It's a great method!

But, we are using the Billings Ovulation Method now instead (long story) and I have since become a teacher for Billings.

YES, your cervical mucus will have changed since the birth of your baby - so it's really important to do a post partum follow-up with your Fertilty Care Practitioner if you haven't already. She will be able to walk you through all the fun of post partum charting, and getting to know your new mucus patterns.
