I left my thermometer at my parent's house over Thanksgiving and she won't mail it back to me so I am left with CM obsevations until Christmas when I will be making it back there. I go to aerobics 4 times a week and obviously I sweat, but this week it has seemed like I get more CM as well. I could close to starting my wet/creamy CM for the cycle and I don't want to misinterpret it for my ovulation date. Basically I want to know if I O this week and work out next week will it seem like I still have fertile CM.

ETA: I am also looking at my CP during my shower at night so that I don't mess up my CM observations the next day.

Yes, exercise can produce some sweat and discharge...but the key difference is that when you are truly fertile you should have slippery mucus. Exercise won't produce discharge that is really lubricative.

But for the time being, chart your most fertile CM - even if you suspect it was related to exercise. Make a note of exercise days on your chart. You will still be able to notice the changes in your fertility when it happens.
