We are thisclose to having our credit card debt paid off. It's taken 17 months of dh's job, but he is finally making good money so we can really pay down our debt. I just hate it that we are making so much more money, but we're living just as tight if not tighter than we were before to get the credit cards paid off. We are eating out so much less and just spending a lot less money in general. If all goes according to plan, we should have our credit cards completely paid off by September, hopefully sooner. What things are you sacrificing right now to eventually be debt free?

We are curbing our eating out and corals for the fish tanks for a bit to concentrate on our debt. Three years to be out from under everything but our house and 9 with the house. That is nice to know if we can just buckle down a bit.

Thanks .:Shortcake:. for my great siggie

Good job! It will be so worth it in the end!

Our budget is pretty stable right now. If we're sacrificing anything, it's probably some desperately needed new clothes. We're making a big move across a few states in about 6-7 weeks, so I'm trying to make sure our savings account is built up huge. We get reimbursed for the move, but don't get that money up front.

That's awesome!!

We buy most things on sale, such as clothing. And, we aren't eating out or going out nearly as much.
