My first birth was Vag delivery, no issues. Having a scheduled C section this time due to pins, plating & scarring after major car accident & shattered pelvis, so Vag delivery was not really an option & doc would rather us not have to do an emergent one.

I tried the labor thing for a bit and realized Kyleigh was not coming down into my pelvis so it was a choice I made to go thru with the section...If I would of known how simple it was I would of done it before going thru all the labor!
I make my own siggys!

Little Dude was not really an emergency, but not exactly planned either. My water broke on Father's Day night and I expected to deliver vaginally since at my appointment the previous Friday everything was a go. Only, he had other plans. Shortly after getting the epi, it was discovered that he was breech. To make matters worse, my OB was in surgery. As the patient. In another hospital. In another county. Less than 5 hours after my water broke he was here, sliding in just under the wire to be a Father's Day baby. DH is sooooo not getting the same thing next year.

After 7 vaginal births, I just had an emergency section. I don't know how on earth any woman would ever plan an elective first one.....Im so glad I'm done now with #8, as I could never, ever, ever go through that again!

I marked emergency, but it wasn't an "emergency" in the sense that something was wrong, it was just very unplanned. Pushed for 3 hours, but she was stuck. I'm absolutely dreading doing it again, so I'm going to try to vbac this time.
