I'm not sure if this is in my mind or what... I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I had a c-section in July of last year. Lately my scar is itching terribly. It doesn't look different or anything. I can't decide if maybe it's because it's so hot or if it's just in my mind because my belly's on my mind more. lol

I have no experience with that (yet...I guess we'll see if it happens in a few weeks). But my guess is that its kind of like a stretch mark, they itch like crazy when the skin is stretching. And the first place you start to really grow would be right around where your incision was made. Even if the scar is not visably stretching your dr had to cut through several layers of skin, tissue, and muscle before he was able to reach your uterus and pull the baby out.

I also had lots of scar stretching the first trimester, it went away after that, my c/s was 4.5 years ago

Yeah, i had my c-section almost a year ago. Every now and then i get tingling, itching or an occassional pain. I think its normal, lol.
