So ladies I had my CSection on the 9th and everything went pretty well (I did bleed a bit too much but they were able to handle it with medicine rather then surgery). Well the last week of pregnancy I had some swelling in my feet and ankles, post op in the hospital it wasnt that bad now they are PAINFUL! Even my husband is asking if this is normal (he is about as observant as a blind rock) should I be worried?

I think you should call the clinic to be safe. It could be anything and nothing.

I am almost two weeks out and my feet are still swollen. For me they were the worst on days 5 and 6, but I agree that it wouldn't hurt to call.

I had bad swelling too and it hurt also...having my husband massage them really helped and keeping them elevated as much as possible helped it go down. Mine were awful around the one week-week and a half mark after my c/s.

I had bad swelling the last two months of pregnancy(to the amount of gaining 8lbs a week for 3 weeks in a row) and they were even worse after my section from the IV being pumped in. Mine did go away about a week/week and a half later, but if your concerned at all, call your doc
