There are many brushes to use to apply eye make up so I thought I'd start at the bottom... The basic eyeshadow brush, for application of powder shadows and pigments is best made from natural fibers (Pony/goat/sabel) and will have a tapered edge to help you achieve even flawless results easily.

Use this brush to apply shadow all over the lid (this will be your base shadow or even your only shadow if you don't like to mix colours) and you can even use it to highlight your brow with quickly if you wish too. Don't blend with this brush, the bristles are too short and will only remove colour from your lid.

This brush is a simple must have for any girls brush collection.

If you are a fan of cream shadows or use cream shadows as a base then either use your finger or buy a seperate concealer brush with synthetic fiber to apply it, however, your finger will give the most natural, even application.
Cause I know my weakness, know my voice,
Now I believe in grace and choice,
And I know perhaps my heart is farce,
But Iíll be born without a mask
