Today (nearly 7 months PP) I started spotting... I probably won't know until tomorrow if it's a real AF, but how do I know if I am "officially" ovulating?

It's weird... I don't have any cramps or anything... it actually really surprised me. I used to be able to know right when it started because I'd start cramping!

I would assume that the spotting was the return of AF, but I am not 100% positive. When AF returned for me (13 months PP) I had the same very mild spotting. I had no cramps either. Each month my bleeding got progressively heavier and was occurring every 30 days. I monitor my CM on a daily basis, but I don't follow my BBT.

Have you been checking your CM or BBT? Did your bleeding progress any?

This board has been really dead for a while now, so I really hope that some other TTCBF ladies will chime in.

I'm TTCBF and my first pp AF started at 2m pp (to the day) and I started spotting and by the end of the day it was full blown AF. I'm on CD 26 (I think, 26 or 27) and wondering how long this first cycle will last.

Sorry I never responded!

It was definitely an AF! It was pretty normal (pre-pregnancy) for me... maybe not quite as long and not crampy... not horrible.

I am now tracking using fertility friend. Supposedly I ovulate on Tuesday, but I am not showing any of the signs!

At first, most likely, you'll have signs of ovulation, but no actually ovulation. It can take a few cycles for ovulation to return.
