I charted for about 6 months and loved it!! It gives you such insight to what is going on with your body. I like being able to confirm that I was Oing... but I was obsessing about the charting too much so I quit last month. It feels really weird to not know how many DPO I am this month! Anyway... I always suggest the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility to every new charter. You can buy it off of Amazon for less than $10, or check it out from your local library. It explains all about charting and CP and CM... it's a great book. Some basics to know about charting is that you have to have a BBT, you can't use a regular one. Take your temp at the same time each morning before you do ANYTHING. Don't get out of bed or kiss your hubby or anything. Open your eyes and stick the thermometer in your mouth. FF is a great site, it is free to just enter temps, or you can subscribe and it will let you enter more details. Good luck, you'll be a pro before you know it!
