Ok so to start off, I have PCOS and it has been several months since I have seen a true temp spike on my chart. This month I started taking Metformin (about a week and a half ago). I had EWCM on CD 18 (this was on my chart, but I removed it because it was the only day I checked my CM and I didn't think it was enough data to go on alone). A few days ago, my temps started to go up and have been steadily increasing every morning since. I am trying to figure out if I have O'd and if so, on what day. FF was originally saying CD 18 before I removed the EWCM from the chart. Now I have dotted crosshairs on CD 31. If CD 18 was correct, I should either have a BFP or signs of AF by now. I don't have either one (got a BFN this morning). If CD 31 is correct, then I obviously need to wait a little longer, but my doctor wants me to start Provera within a week if my AF hasn't started. I definitely don't wanna start Provera if there is the chance I could be pregnant. Any advice?
Thank you Babydoll213 for the precious siggy!

Without CM observations, it's harder to say for sure - but CD31 is looking really good. I'd wait and if you don't get AF in 2 weeks, then start the Provera. An extra week isn't going to hurt anything.

It won't hurt anything if you wait to start your period...but you'll want it to start a new cycle! Good luck hon, hope it comes soon!
