If you look at my chart my temp went down big time today. I was wondering if it could be I went to bed at 2:30am and then woke up at 7:35am and I am usually in bed but 10:30pm 11:00pm. Could this cause the low temp?

Thanks for any help!

It could cause a lower temp. How long do you keep temping after FF gives you CHs? I noticed you someitmes have really long cycles, I am guessing thanks to PCOS. But, I didn't see a strong thermal shift in any of your charts, with somewhat low post O temps. If you can handle temping longer you might find a stronger thermal shift later in your cycle. That you might be Oing REALLY late and that is why you havne't caught the egg yet.

Is your PCOS treated?
