Does anyone use anything other then their wake up temp? I am just wondering cause I can't wake up at the same time everyday but I go to bed about the same time, my night time routine is pretty relaxed and it is the same everynight do you think that that will matter?

Thanks you ladies so much I know i am being a pain right now but i promise i'll get the hang of it

I set an alarm to wake at 4:15 to temp and then another to get up for the day. I don't always go to bed at the same time, but my kids usually wait until about 5:00 to get me up to nurse. Your temp is going to be most accurate when you've had 5 (or at least 3) hours of sleep in a row.

Thank you peimum for my siggie

I read that you would get a better reading if your body is at rest for at least a good 5 hours. You would temp before you get out of bed. So early morning would probably be best unless some else notes otherwise.
