This is my first month charting. I always wanted to before but I worked 2nd or 3rd shift and it never worked out.
So I was looking at the charts in the gallery at FF and it seems compared to most I have low post O temps. I was wondering if this could be a problem.
I am taking natural progesterone cream this cycle. I dont know how much progesterone if any it gives my body. Maybe I am really low on progesterone?

Well if anyone could help. Maybe I am worrying for nothing Thanks

Chart is in my siggy

Check out my chart

Yes, your post O temps are perfectly fine. Your chart shows clear ovulation and it looks like you timed things very well. Good luck!

I keep coming back to threads I posted in and my posts arent there GRR.

Whats most important with the temps in your chart is looking at the trend within that chart alone to see a thermal shift. Base temps and post O temps can vary cylce to cycle for one person
