On CD15 I had a temperature dip and on CD16 I had a sharp rise. Today Would be CD19 and I got my first positive OPK. Is that normal? thanks so much.

Could you post a link to your chart? I didnt want to just lurk...

I have never used an OPK so cant really give any advice on that side... But, i am a charter so i would probably have a better opinion looking at your chart lol

One dip and/or one rise doesn't mean anything. It's the overall pattern that counts, not the individual temperatures. To confirm ovulation, you need 3 temperatures which are higher than the previous 6 temperatures. So if you didn't have 3 high temps, then you haven't ovulated yet - but the positive OPK would sure suggest that your body is trying to right now!
