Where are you at in your cycle? O may still be coming yet or you missed the surge? What are you having trouble with in regards to temping etc?

Temping is hard to understand when you get started because its really as simple as it seems. Just get a good BBT thermometer, Set an alarm for the same time every day (preferably a time with at least 4 hours sleep) Take your temp and plug it into to a Fertility Website. Fertility Friend has some great resources for you to use, and it does the interpretations. It works better for you the longer you are doing it.

For the Ovulation kits, Baby Dance for a few days every time you see a surge, but a surge is not a guarantee that you ovulated. The only way to know for sure you ovulated is to temp.
