As the title says, Do you counting spotting (it's basically just brown tinged CM) or actual flow as CD1?

Sept '17 - Round 6 BFN
Oct' 17 - Round 7 BFN
Currently on Round 8!

You count CD 1 as actual flow although some REs will say count spotting as CD1. I think it depends on how your cycle normally play out. If you normally spot I would say count CD1 as first day of actual flow.
