This is my first month charting and I need help reading my chart please! I am not sure if my temperature shift was on CD14 or CD16 (today). I had a OPK+ on CD13 and 14.

You're temps are very erratic. I am not convinced you did ovulate. If you did I would say CD13, but still keep taking your OPKs and your temp. Chart your CM and keep BDing just in case. I don't see a clear thermal shift to coincide with your + opks and you don't have enough CM information to base O off that.
