I'm pregnant!!!!

Today is CD 28 and my hcg was 257! Possibly two buns in the oven? My nurse said we wouldn't know until the sonogram in 3 weeks.

Are you wondering if we took any HPT???? Well, the answer is yes, I took 10 I had a lot of warm fuzzies this past Monday, 5 days after the embryo transfer. When I got home from work I took a internet cheapie HPT. Super faint positive. I used an EPT on Tuesday morning and there it was confirming what I saw on Monday night. I took 3 more EPTs, 4 more internet cheapies, and one digital. And all were . I was just waiting until today for my doctor to confirm I was pregnant. Which he did!!!! Hooray!

It has been six months since my last miscarriage. Probably doesn't sound that long to some, but the rest were all 2-4 months apart. I think this six month break has really been good for me. After the third miscarriage I was such an emotional wreck. When I got pregnant with my fourth, it was too soon, I just couldn't emotionally get it together.

I feel better about this one. I've been praying a lot more and I'm going to put this pregnancy in God's hands. Rather than being scared every day I'm going to be thankful I was able to experience each day of pregnancy.

OMG!!! HOORAY FOR SUCCESSFUL IVF!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy for you, and am sending LOTS of sticky dust your way! I just know this will be it, I went through something very similar and the PGD was definitely the answer for us - all the embryos we transferred stuck by the way 257 is a pretty good number for CD28!

Congratulations! I totally understand wanting to give this all to God and enjoy everyday! I felt the very same way when I was pg with Zech (it had been a year and a half since my last mc before I got pg with him) Keep reminding yourself of God's love and savor each passing day. You will have your baby. I am praying for you as well!
