Care Page Update:

"Well, Joey seems to be doing well today. He still has a cough and a runny nose but thats going to take some time to get past and it is improving alot. Our med schedule is crazy. His Med schedule is 8 AM he gets prednisone, pepcid, and for the next few days another antibiotic, then at noon he gets his antibiotic again (for the next few days). Then At 2 he gets prednisone again, at 4 he gets his antibiotic again (again for the next few days) and at 8 he gets his prednisone, pepcid, fluconazole, and for the next few days an antibiotic. Plus on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday he gets Bactrim at 8 AM and 8 PM. And as needed he gets colace once a day and Zofran every 8 hours as needed. Then once weekly he gets his Vinblastine (Chemo med). Its crazy, but well worth the it because we KNOW that this will lead to one day hearing No Active Disease. I pray every day for the day we hear that.

So far Joey has had 2 surgeries, resulting in a total of 4 incisions. He has had 6 x-rays, 2 CT scans, 1 bone scan, 32 urine tests (4 of which involved urine collection bags being placed in his diaper, the rest being cotton balls every 12 hours while inpatient), 7 blood draws, 3 chemo infusions, 3 nasal swabs to test for RSV and the flu, 58 doses of predinsone, his port being accessed 4 times, 3 IV lines before the port, 2 stool swabs, and a blood transfusion, as well as all his other stuff. Thats alot, and we're just in the beginning!"

Thanks to Jaidynsmum for my siggy!
