I remember you (Ashley) saying that after you M/C your first AF was really heavy and you second was spotty. Was that you?

This AF (2nd AF since my D&C on Jan 3rd) is hardly an AF at all. It is hardly even spotting! I only saw it when I wiped like twice. I am still "spotting" but I have to put the baby wipe "in there" to actually see it. It is brown, and was only red those 2 times when it was visible on my TP. It's getting lighter. Is this it? Can this count as an AF? I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. What the hell is going on? I have NEVER had bleeding this light! I am really confused. I am thinking of calling the doctor!

Doctors like to know about changes in your cycle. ESPECIALLY after surgeries.

Yes, after my boys when I had surgery, it was heavy heavy and clotty. But after my natural with Mattie, it was light, just spotting. Only clots I passed were actually her.

Sometimes after surgeries the lining doesn't build back up. That would be a bad thing. I'd get in to see the Dr soon, maybe for a lining u/s to make sure you're producing some!

After my m/c's I had a lot of brown spoting...for almost a week...before my actual period started. I don't know why...just did. I also had this happen after I had my DD too.

But I agree...you may want to call the doc. Probably normal but it does not hurt to ask the nurse.

BTW if you are charting do not count spoting as AF. CD1 starts when red blood flow starts.

KUP hun!
