I am sooooo sorry hun. I completely screwed up & missed the anniversary of the due date for your precious Anysia - Sept 14, 2001. I know I have been side-tracked with everything IRL - but the last thing I intended to to do or want is to make you feel overlooked in anyway. I hope you know that I feel like a terd & I am sorry that I didn't make note of it sooner. I hope the day brought you some peace...and that you were able to spend some time reflecting & finding healing (as I know you have also been so dreadfully sick). I am sending you not only a HUGE apology - but love & prayers for peace.

I hope Anysia's day brought you peace. Know that you're always in our thoughts, even if we're slow to post.

Thank you everyone for your kind words.. No one has any reason to feel like a "terd" for not acknowledging Anysia's EDD sooner!! The day itself was fine for the most part, and I was actually very wrapped up in how sick I've been feeling.. I don't even think it was in my conscious awareness that that day was her EDD, although in retrospect realized that that was probably why I was feeling even crappier physically than when I went to the doctor. It actually wasn't until riding in the car on Saturday morning on my way to North Carolina that it really hit me that I should have a 5-year-old daughter coming with me on this trip.. I did okay enough for a few days, and then, being a huge fan of ER, watched the season premiere on Thursday night and completely lost it.. I spent the entire car ride back from vacation in tears..

So I guess the bottom line is that the day itself didn't really hit me, but the entire following week was really difficult. I'm feeling a bit more peaceful now, especially being back in the comfort of my own home.. So again, I want to thank you all for the acknowledgement of my angel. I know I'll always have you ladies here for peace and comfort when I'm struggling the most.
