I have so much stuff to do today and I haven't gotten any of it done yet. DH is sick and now Bryson is sick, but not nearly as bad. He is sleeping fine at night but wants me to hold him for naps. I can't comfortably wear him right now and I really need to get some things done around the house. It looks like a bomb went off. I nursed him to sleep and as soon as I put him in the crib he woke up. He didn't really cry but fussed off and on for almost an hour. I don't feel so great myself so I'm just hoping he'd fall asleep but he didn't. So I decided he just wasn't going to be able to get a good nap in today and I needed to get moving to get all the errands done. He was really fussy though the whole time I was trying to get us ready and kept pulling on my leg to pick him up. So I decided to nurse him again to see if this would calm him down a bit. It really did the trick and he was being so sweet so I started rubbing his cheek with my finger and he started dosing off. He wasn't even nursing at this point and I was sitting on the floor in our bedroom. I was shocked that he was falling asleep like that! So then I was somehow able to keep him snuggled to my chest and got to the rocking chair in his room and rocked him for a few minutes and put him in his crib. He stayed asleep this time, which is great but now I'm stuck at home again not getting the errands done, lol.

Oh the fun of sickness!

Whew is right! I'm sorry B and your DH are sick! Sick babies are no fun! Cassidy is teething right now and is having the hardest time falling asleep for naps! Well, hopefully you can get your errands done with a happy boy when he wakes up!

I'm sorry DH and Bryson aren't feeling well. I hope that they are both feeling better soon and that you don't catch it. And don't worry about your errands...they'll still be there tomorrow!

*Thank you kiliki for the siggy!*

Gosh, I hope everyone gets to feeling better soon around your house!
I'm still fighting the "crud" for what's been a month now. CRAP ON THAT.

You get some rest if you need it; the mess isn't going anywhere and will wait on you!

Thanks, Jaidynsmum, for the beautiful siggy!

I hope they are feeling better soon! We are just getting over a cold here, and now Abigail is teething on top of it, so I feel your pain!
