So I finally got to buy some EPO last night. Since I am nearly 38 weeks I went ahead and orally took one and inserted one both before I went to bed. Anyway I'd say a couple hours later I woke to my heartbeat hammering away way fast for me. Is that normal with EPO? What would you suggest?

Also another question...a lot of stuff I have read says do not take while breastfeeding as it alters the content of breastmilk. I am still nursing my 19 month old. Should I not be taking this and breastfeeding? I don't know why I didn't pick up on this before spending the money on it lol.

I honestly don't know as I don't have any experience with it. Hopefully some of the other ladies will have advice.

I just checked kellymom and it is safe. It actually said it can be helpful for nursing moms who are TTC, for sore nipples during ovulation and other stuff too. Good to know!

How has your nursing experience been while pregnant? Very curious.

Ah good to know! Thanks!

It has been extremely challenging for me due to the sore nipples but I wouldn't change it for the world! I feel very strongly in self weaning and nursing as long as it works for her. My discomfort is secondary on this subject!

I just started taking EPO last night. i have the 1000 mg pills, though. It's all the store had. I can't decide if I should take 2 by mouth a day and then insert one vaginally or if I should just take 1 orally and insert one vaginally since it's double the dose of the ones I've read anything about.

Anyway... I can't help since I need help myself! lol
