I need help! I have really bad gas and I just wish I could fart! But no it is just sitting there and it is so painful that I can't sleep! Anybody have any ideas?

Shift positions, walk around, roll from side to side, adjust your tummy. That's about all I got - I hate when it hurts!

this may sound weird, but a mild laxative like Colace might help. It all comes out the same spot!

Try getting on your hands and knees, this worked really well for me, I think because it gets the uterus off the bowels and allows things to "flow". Hope that helps and good luck!

I usually bring my knees into my chest as tight as comfortably possible. The pressure can bring relief. Good luck!
