Shouldn't I be giving her both breasts or just one now?

Maybe I am doing this all wrong?

at 6w they go through a terrible growth spurt. It seems like it lasts forever!! Brylie is only eating 4oz now when I pump and that lasts her 5 hours. I don't think she eats that much when she nurses though be cause I can only get 3-4 hours between nursing sessions, so I'm probably feeding her too much

Is she actually eating all this time or is she only comfort nursing? Didn't you say she has reflux? (If not, ignore this)..but try taking her to the chiropractor. When comfort nursing was out of control, we took Brybry to the Chiro and she stopped wanting to nurse ALL the time (The first time we took her was at 5/6w) and she started sleeping 12 hours at night. 9-9. I would pump at midnight and then at 7 but she slept right through it!

You probably aren't feeling engorged because your body has learned what Noelle needs - its total supply and demand! And don't stress about doing it wrong. I don't think there is a wrong or right way to breastfeed - all babies are different!! You will figure out what works best for you! You're doing great hon

no swallows, and a looser latch- noy much pulling- that is omfort nursing.

every time she seems hungry, bring her tio the boob, even if its been only 10 min. that will be so good for your supply.

She doesn't necessarily need to nurse off both breasts every nursing session either. I have rarely done that through nursing all three of mine. Its possible she is missing out on the hind milk by nursing off both sides, which could contribute to her wanting to eat more after nursing.

If she still seems hungry put her back on the boob definitely, it'll trigger your body to produce more milk.
