Little back story: I am 29 weeks along. I noticed a small blood clot yesterday when wiping followed by intense cramping. I called my midwife who informed me as long as they weren't the worse cramps I had ever had or I was bleeding so much I needed a pad, I was probably ok, just to take it easy. Today I was just very sore in the morning (pelvic area and tummy) but after lunch it switched to lower back pain and it was so intense it was hard for me to drive home. I came home, took a bath, took Tylenol and my husband applied counter pressure and it let up enough for me to sleep for about an hour. It is just a nagging pain now. My question is: is this contractions, BH or just normal pregnancy pain?
