Hello ladies!! My name is Elle and I am currently 18 weeks pregnant with my fist. I had actually joined this group in December 2012 but unfortunately lost that pregnancy. I have not really been researching as much as I would like because up until this point I have been pretty nervous and now I am feeling very behind!!

I am really wanting to sign up for some natural childbirth classes. Does anyone have any suggestions? So far I have been looking into the Bradley method classes.

I am also open to any other advice you ladies have!!

Cautiously expecting Seamonkey #2 Due Oct 4th

I did the Hypnobabies at home course (or most of it - I started a little late and dd arrived at 38w). I liked it. I didn't end up using most of it because my labor was so short, but I felt prepared for a long labor and that was nice. I have heard good thins about Bradley method though.

*Excitedly expecting baby girl number two!*

Thank you to Babydoll213 for my fabulous siggie!

Hi!I am little bit ahead of you but this is our first. My DH and I are currently enrolled in Bradley classes and so far have really enjoyed it. DH is not the type to read anything I give him but I knew deep down, he would want to play an active part in the birth. I thought the Bradley method would be a great approach to empowering both of us for our roles in the birth and so far it is doing just that. I definitely recommend reading/watching anything you can on Ina May Gaskins - she is wonderful!!! That would be a great start Good luck and congrats on LO!
