So I took my temp this morning and it was quite a bit higher. My problem is that our house is under renovation due to a flood and we have a contractor digging up our sewer system....DH is out of town....and our neighbour keeps threatening to call his lawyer if the guys go onto his property....he has already called the ministry of labour (in Canada they ensure safe work practices) and our contractor got charged cuz the hole he dug was not wide enough. So with all the stress and the fact that my daughter woke me up at 3:30 and again at 5:00 this morning I don't think my temp is right. I also slept through my alarm and took my temp 1/2 hour late and after I had moved around quite a bit.

Should I even bother to put the temp into my FF Chart? Maybe I will wait to see what tommorrow's temp is and then decide.

Oh what to do???

Thank you .:Shortcake:. You're the best.

I would put the temp in and make a note in your chart. I keep going back & forth with several days of my temps this cycle too. With being sick - last Tuesday thru Friday I didn't get a good sleep and keep waking up continously and again on Sunday night. I had those temps discarded and today unchecked the box for discarding them. I'm going to see what the next few days of temps are and decide on whether to leave them alone or discard them.

So my longwinded response is to mark your temp this morning in your chart, make a note about it, and see what the next few day's temps look like.

Thanks Jaidynsmum for another perfect siggy!!

I totally agree with Becky. I'm having the same issues. I have been waking up early, so the temps aren't accurate and last night I basically tossed and turned all night, so I know this mornings is WAAAAAY wrong. So, I'd mark it and make a note, and wait and see what happens and make any adjustments if necessary.
