Well, I came down with a cold yesterday and actually have stayed home from work today to try and help it go away a little faster and here's why....

My mom has Parkinson's and over the weekend I found out thru my brother that my mom's condition is apparently getting worse. And, since she lost her job 4 months ago, she's been letting all of the agencies walk all over her (Social Security, Welfare, etc). So, it was decided over the weekend that I'd fly down to see her and "evaluate" how she is really doing. Monday, I purchased the tickets, and yesterday I came down with this crap. I'm nervous about showing up to see her and making her sick. Her Parkinson's is bad enough without having to deal with a cold on top of that.

I'll be gone until Tuesday, but will have computer access from mom's. I just don't know how much I'll be on. I'll try to check in a little bit everyday.

Some of you may remember that I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for Friday in the event I need to do a cd3 test. Well, I have to re-schedule that. I'm going to try and get it for a week or so down the road, but I'd like to get it close to when another test would be done. Does anybody know what tests I should expect and what cycle days they are usually done?

Thanks, girls. I'm feeling better as the day progressed, tomorrow may be another matter tho. I'm not looking forward to the plane flight if my head feels like it's going to explode being on the ground.

Sorry Jessica about your Mom. To have a cold to deal with on top of it stinks. We will be thinking of you, update us when you get a chance.
Take care of you!
Hi, my name is Mary and my DH is Andy and we are a Christian family of 9 living on a farm. We enjoy growing and raising our own food. We have a huge garden in the summer for vegetables and raise our own animals for meat. We homeschool our children, use cloth diapers, and eat as healthy as possible. God has planned the births of our children and we love having a big family!

God has blessed us with:
Daisy (9), Veronica (7), Charlie (4), Sally (3), Mark (2), Travis (15 months), Nathan (5 months)
