Diagnosis unexplained infertility

Of my miscarriages this was by far the closest I've felt to having labor pains. Past m/c's I've had d&c's and quickly passing naturals. This time it took my body almost 4 wks to realize it's time. I had cramping here there but no bleeding. This baby's heart beat stopped beating some time between 6 and 7 wks, discovered at 8 wks 4 days. I've been waiting and waiting. Almost 2wks later, my baby started to make his way here. The bleeding began Tuesday. Wednesday I had a sonogram and my doctor didn't see the baby and I had not passed any tissue, not even clots. Both these nights, I had labor like cramps, coming and going every few minutes. I took a pain medicine to help but it didn't. Thursday I had a light workout at the gym came home and started to do a little yard work. My baby passed through. I had no cramping, no sensation that anything was coming. This baby passed with the gestational sac. I feel blessed that I was able to see my little one. It looks just like the ultrasound picture. Today, I physically feel pretty great though I think my uterus is contracting to reduce it's size. I was 4 lbs heavier yesterday. I was so bloated that wearing my wedding band was uncomfortable. It's been this way all week. This has been so different from all my other experiences.
