I got to see my Bug again! The tech said "Baby looks perfect! Your bowel, not so much."

There wasn't much talk about the baby since it measured spot on, but the heart rate was 173!

This constipation is out of control. The tech expressed a lot of concern and explained that could be causing the bad cramping I'm having. I don't get it. I know, sorry. Last week I was seen in the ER, and treated with a fleet AND soap suds enema, plus given a bottle of mag citrate. I take 2 colace daily, as well as eat at least 2Tbsp of flax meal. And I'm still "severely compacted". Ugh. Now, in addition to what I already do, I have to double my water intake, with two doses of Metamucil daily and milk of magnesia twice a week.

My thyroid is off and he increased my dose.

He also decided to switch me to Lovenox instead of heparin.

I go back in 4 weeks to recheck my thyroid and have another u/s.

I think that's it. Thanks for reading.

Glad baby is ok. Sorry that your bowels are so upset. I hope they get better. Why did they switch you to lovenox instead of herapin?

Thanks .:Shortcake:. for my great siggie

Sorry for the delayed reply.

The peri said it's possible the heparin didn't work the way it should have, which could be the reason for my previous losses. He usually works with Lovenox and trusts it much better. So far it's been a lot easier on my tummy as far as bruising.
