Hi All,
I just got a positive result and am so scared! Miscarried 3x and this will be my 4th pregnancy. My mum recommended I try complete bedrest the 1st trimester cos all my miscarriages ended in that time.
I know all the medical advice say that if the embryo is defective- it will terminate regardless. But I am hoping my mum's old-wive's belief will help me. Hubby is supportive though. There's no harm trying.

Planning to start it in a few days. At least till my 10week appt!

Nope, never have...

Have you had any testing done? Testing might reveal why you are miscarrying. Something like a progesterone deficiency can be prevented with medication. Even a healthy pregnancy won't stick around if your progesterone gets too low, no matter how much resting you do.

I have not either. My losses were a blood clotting disorder and lower progesterone that were treated with medication.

Thank you *kiliki* for my beautiful siggy!
