I'm currently 32 weeks and I had some spotting this morning. I spent some time at the hospital and, thankfully, everything checked out fine. I was having Braxton hicks so they pumped me full of IV fluids and the contractions slowed down (I've been having BH for a while now but usually not very often, just a few a day). The baby was very happy and active. An u/s showed my cervix is still long and closed and nothing obvious is causing the spotting. The only problem was my amniotic fluid levels were a bit low but only slightly. I might get another u/s in a few weeks to double check the fluid. The baby is definately a girl, which is nice to confirm because at the last u/s the tech wasn't positive.

I can't believe we've made it this far. This pregnancy has been such a blessing and I can't wait to meet our daughter. She has to stay in there for two more months though - I'm not ready for her to come just yet.
