Do you have any recommendations? The symptoms I need help with are the zero patience, highly irritable ones on days 14, 15, and 16 of my cycle (usually 25-28 days). I cannot deal with people and kids very well on those days, and try to keep to myself so as to minimize the emotions and whatnot...

I am 42, have 4 children, and have Grave's Disease (hyper thyroidism) that has been treated (and is now hypo thyroidism), and I had a tubal ligation 3.5 years ago...I believe both of those things have contributed to PMDD that I am experiencing now...prior to Grave's Disease Dx, I was a regular, 28 day cycle girl, with no harsh pms symptoms.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

A very special THANK YOU to Bokkechick for my gorgeous new siggy!
