Has anyone heard of the no-poo movement? It's an alternative to washing your hair.

You use items such as baking soda, and apple cider vinegar. Many use coconut oil on their hair as well. Every now and then they'll do an herbal rinse for their hair. Different ways of doing it, but it's becoming quite popular on the net.

I've read about it a lot over on babycenter. I tried last year and lasted a week but could never get my portions right and my hair felt horrible so I have resorted back to just using organic shampoo. I know it isn't the best but I would rather use it and like my hair instead of not and having my hair look like crap all the time lol.

Thank you Kiliki for my beautiful siggy!

LOL! Good for you trying it! I think I'll try this soon, just to see how I like it!

I ordered a book on amazon.com by Readers Digest called "Extraordinary Uses for Ordinary things. So far I have read allot of things you can use for things we normally wouldn't think we could use. Baking soda has many uses I never knew lol

I'm going to make a list of interesting things and share it when I have some time. I think there are many things this board can benefit from it
