I have been a stay at home mom for 9 years. I loved every minute of it. But time has come that I am going back to work. I have my 4 year degree but I really do not know what I want to do. I am not sure about leaving the boys. I know I can get a job but I am worried about the kids. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Especially how to get moving and moviated early in the am so we are all on time. Thanks in advance

I would say about 2 weeks before you start working...you start wakeing up early to kinda get in the groove. A lot of mommies have their kids lay out clothes the night before etc. Good luck finding a job and when you do feel free to pop on over to the Working Mommies board and chat it up. P.S. What is your degree??

Could you get a job in a school as a teacher's aide?? Some of my friends have done that, and the hours are great!! You'll have the same vacation/snow days as your kids. Think about it.

I definitely try to pick my clothes out the night before...that way I know what I'll be wearing...If I don't, I'm wasting a bunch of time in the morning trying to find stuff! Also I shower at night too so that cuts back on things that need to be done.

Good luck with your job search!!
