I have been trying to get a few baby items to have at my house so that my dau doesn't have to bring them with each time she comes over but.... all the new stuff that is out there, which was not available at the time I was having babys gets kind of confusing, my question is the portable swing better to have then the bouncy chair?

I have a bouncer which Sophie used about 4 times and i have the graco swing that she loved and it would rock her to sleep while i did the housework. She still goes in it now but don't need the batteries in it to rock her as she can do it herself now lol
