Well, we've always gone to someone's house for Thanksgiving. This year, I'm going to host it for the first time.
Thank-you GraysMama for my beautiful siggy!

DH's schedule used to be he was off Thurs & Fri so we'd always do the 2 hr drive to my grandma's when he got home Thurs morning (3rd shift). Now his days off are Fri & Sat so we host a Thanksgiving here. Some years bigger than others. It's usually the 4 of us (5 every other year when we get Mike) and a friend of DH's from work. We open it up to any friends who don't have family locally but are stuck here due to work schedules though. So I always end up cooking as if masses are coming and then only end up with between 4-8. LOL

we are going somewhere this year. It is usually split up between the family memebers but I have never hosted it yet

So since my MIL is having it this year I am going there. Next year I am staying home
