This is us too! My DH does have an 18 year old from his first marriage so it will be:

19 year old, 6.5 year old and a newborn!

We have a 6yo who will be nearly 7 1/2 when #2 is born. Any advice from veteran mamas of two with 7 year gap? We thought for a long time that we were going to stick with an only child, but decided a few weeks ago to try for another and...here we are! Feeling sad that she won't have the advantages of an only, but still excited about what lies ahead...

I have a five year old at home, a 21 year old who lives with roommates a few blocks away, a 25 year old who lives across the country with her father and stepmother, and a 24 year old who lives on the other side of the globe.

The two younger adult kids were at home when ds was born. I'm too old to have any more kids or I'd want to do it all over again with another wide age gap.
