If you like getting complete sets for your $$ I'd go with Ebay Overstock.com or Beyond-bedding.com
I was looking for something supper specific (firetrucks) and couldn't find it at target, walmart or kmart.
they have nice sets too though

I got my crib set at Beyond-Bedding.com and it was
$160 for the 9 piece crib set
$35 for the mobile (optional of course)
$20 for matching changing pad (optional)
$7 for shipping

I ordered it and recieved it in about two days, no problems, everything new.

I got mine on sale at Target for 59 dollars. They have a pretty good selection. Target and Walmart online also have some good prices and nice sets. Ebay is always a good place to find deals. Lately I have also seen some pretty cute crib sets at Marshalls, so you might check that out.

I got mine from beyond-bedding too but their ebay store so I bid on it. It cost me $120 including shipping for 9 pieces.

We bought DS two sets - the first was from ebay (possibly beyond bedding, I can't remember) and the 2nd was from BRU (only ones who had what we wanted). The BRU bedding (lambs & Ivy) was considerably better quality than the ebay bedding - I wouldn't buy from ebay again unless I saw the bedding in person first (not exact same set, but same manufacturer).

Thanks to Jaidynsmum for my adorable siggy! ~*~ Blog ~*~bfp Chart
