Science is the tool that keeps Athiests sane It's a corner stone...it's a tool and sometimes even a weapon against the onslaught! The fossil record, the evidence of human evolution, the picture painted by the stars and space about the beginnigs of life are all things I look to when contimplating where we came from and how we can better ourselves (learning from our true past...). In addition, these tools, facts, information, knowledge separate what is real and proven by evidence from what is believed (and sometimes forced at us). That is to say, science allows me to hold my own very well against the arguments of religion.

I consider myself agnostic at this point but I don't have a strong opinion one way or another about science.
