So I usually take my thyroid meds (137 of Levoxyl) at bedtime because I have better compliance with taking them when I take them at night.

I bought a prenatal combo pack (the multivitamin and DHA/EPA softgels) to start taking while TTC and I am wondering if I should take them in the morning or if it would be okay to take them at dinner time.

Or, should I just take them at night to try to avoid the vitamin queasiness and then switch to taking my thyroid in the morning?

I know I cannot take them at the same time because the vitamins supposedly cancel out thyroid meds.

you need to take them about 4 hrs apart from when you take your thyroid meds. I take my thyroid meds in the morning and then again in the middle of the day so I take my prenatal vitamin before bedtime. I think this works better for me anyway as with my first pregnancy i had horrible morning sickness and had to take my prenatal at bedtime anyway so as to not vomit it back up.

I think you'd be ok to take them at dinner time if you dont go to bed less than 4hrs later otherwise maybe at lunch time?
