Hi everyone,

Thanks for reading, and for any thoughts you might have! I'm on my first cycle of TTC after a D&C on November 8. My cycle started on Dec 6- exactly 28 days after the D&C. So, on CD10, I woke up in the middle of the night with a sharp pain near my left ovary, and that day I had some brown spotting that lasted about 3 days. With the brown spotting was slippery but blood-tinged CM that went away within a day. I've been doing OPKs since CD7 or 8, that have all been negative (though the last day or two the test line has been slightly darker than before, though not matching the control line).

What did the spotting mean? Did I ovulate and miss it? It seems oddly early to ovulate on CD10, with no other signs. I don't temp, since my sleep is too irregular. Since then (today is CD13) I have had puffiness and twinges/pressure near my ovary. So maybe I didn't ovulate yet? My CM is a little more plentiful today than regular secretions- I'd describe it as lotiony.

Before my recent pregnancy, I was on birth control for 14 years. I became pregnant the second cycle off the bc. Missed MC at 10 weeks, D&C at 13 weeks. I have absolutely no clue how long my body's natural cycle is, how it feels- I haven't had a natural period since I was a teenager! I feel ridiculously clueless

You can have O bleeding, some women do.
CD 10 is not too early. Adventuremom O'd on CD 6 and got pregnant, though unfortunetly it was ectopic.
BC can mess up cycles a lot so there is no telling when you O especially without temping. Have you been checking CP?
I am not sure if you O'd and missed it or not though. :/
TTC my first! - 29th cycle.

Due to you having no idea I would advise charting and using OPK.

Doing this allows you to know your body. I am so sorry for your loss, good luck with TTC and I hope you get your rainbow babe soon x
