I switched my time I took bbt from 6:50 am to 5am. I started on cd 1, and when I took it at 6:50 my temps we're all normal. I changed the time because I was naturally waking around 6am so my temps we're off by 30-60 minutes. I changed it to 5am and now I get 7 hours of sleep before I take it but they are so LOW now and erratic. I think next cycle (If I dont get pregnant this one) I will go back to 6:50 because my chart just looks crazy now!

I hope your temps level out. I know how frustrating an erratic chart is. I've had a few. I put my chart link in that previous post. Hope it helps.
