I think i am getting a yeast infection. What is a safe way to treat it while in the 2ww? I don't like the idea of using over tje counter meds that have chemicals but on the same token, the itch/burn is driving me crazy!

I have heard that unsweetened yogurt can help, don't take garlic supplements (it's a natural antibiotic) that's what I did and I believe it may have caused my miscarriage.

I use garlic to treat YI (it works great btw) but since the pp said she thinks it might have caused a m/c I would maybe steer clear of that during the tww. You could always call your doc.

I used to get yeast infections a LOT. Once I read that the best thing to prevent and treat yeast infections is air. Since it thrives on dark moist areas, the air really helps a lot. So after reading that, I would lay out naked with my legs spread for 15 minutes after a shower. I haven't had a yeast infection since then! (Don't know if this is helpful or not but thought I would share!)

I think you have been given good advice. Just wanted to throw out there though that in my past two pregnancies I had YI in the 2ww and it was a pregnancy symptom.

I used to get yeast infections like every 4 days with my first pregnancy, I used Monistat every time! I was always told OTC yeast infections medication was ok
