Update: AF arrived while I was at work tonight I'm just so confused! This is the 3rd time in 3 months I've had a chemical pregnancy. I'm wondering if it's time to go back to my OB? Is there any condition that can cause multiple chemical pregnancies? This sucks

Hi girls! It's been a while and I see quite a few new people. Anyway, we've been trying for 8 cycles. I tested this morning because af was due yesterday. I got a SUPER, SUPER faint positive. It was pretty hard to capture on camera. We only dtd once the morning of cd 16. I don't temp, but my cycles are usually 28 days long. I'm thinking I must have o'd late. I still feel like my test is really light for being 1 days after af is due. I'm really nervous about having a chemical pregnancy

I see the line!!!!

You might have implanted late, which is why the line isn't that dark yet. I'd give it 1-2 days and test again.

So nice to hear from you!!
I really think that is a nice positive and like the other ladies said if you O'd late you aren't late for AF and that's a nice pos, if you implanted later that's why its not darker yet. I would definitely way 1 or 2 days and if no AF I would test again. I have high hopes for you!

Thanks, ladies! I'll definitely be testing tomorrow morning and I'll update!

I don't have any symptoms yet, except for the fact that I don't really feel like af is on her way. I usually get really bad back pain a day or 2 before af arrives and I've had none of that! Eeeek!! This might be it

I see it! I would wait a day or two (easier said than done, I know) and test again.

I definitely see the line! My fingers are sooo crossed... I think you O'ed a tiny bit later and the line is going to get darker tomorrow. If you get your bfp I will be soooooooo stoked! I am also a day late and have been too afraid and too much of a negative nancy to test myself but it feels good and refreshing to be excited for someone else!!!! Here's to a sticky bright pink line over the next couple days

Sorry Katie!

I don't know anything about chemical pregnancies but if I was in your place I would definitely go see the doctor to talk about this. Good luck, I am hoping next cycle brings you a beautiful BFP.

I'm sorry! That really sucks. And yes, I would go back to the Dr. so they can document another CP. There has to be a reason as to why they keep happening.

Some women have to take baby aspirin. It is a common cause of multiple early losses. Good luck!

I'm so sorry to hear that is not the update I was expecting... I heard some women get prescribed progesterone after multiple early losses and that's the magic button for them (because a drop in progesterone is what causes af naturally)... I hope you get your sticky BFP next month
