I know that most women on here are TTC, but has anyone ever had an "oops baby" with the withdrawal method of preventing?! We're TTA and I've been having some strange cramping for 4 days now (CD24). We have always used the pull-out method with great success, but now I'm worried. It won't be a bad thing if I'm pg, but I wanted to wait a cycle or two longer before TTC. I had a 39w stillbirth last Oct and a 16w mc in May. Anyone use this method skillfully and still end up pg?

P.S. No, I haven't tested yet because I have none in the house and I'm being quite lazy about going to the store.

I just wanted to say I'm so sorry to hear of your losses. Hugs!

I have no experience with getting pregnant without trying. Sometimes I wish I could be. TTC is for the birds.
I would think that after your recent loss you would be even more fertile so your chances if getting pregnant from the withdrawal method could be quite high.

I'm sure their are a few Ladies hear that have had it happen to them and can share their experience.

GL and hopefully you get what you want and aren't pregnNt right now.

The withdraw method, is extremely bad if you don't want a pregnancy..
Because of the fact that by the time he feels the sensation to pull out,
the sperm and pre sperm have already made it into the tubes...

failure rate of approximately 18-19%.
