Ok...here is my story. I am 33 yrs old. DH is 32. I have been TTC for almost 2 years. In december i met with a fertility specialist/endocrinologist at Stony Brook Repro Specialist.
I had a full genetics panel done
an HSG
Blood work for Thyroid
A special test for a hereditary disease my mother has which i cant remember what it was called but it was associated with Parkinsons (which my mom was diagnosed with but later her docs concluded she didnt have)
A series of internal Sonograms and blood work to pinpoint ovulation and also my hormone levels
1 cycle of 50 mg chlomid
Vitamin D pills
And my DH went and had an analysis done.

The conclusion was that we did not exhibit anything out of the oridnary. No blocked fallopian tubes, no pre-menopause, no low sperm count or mobility,
no PCOS of Endometriosis. etc etc. We were supposed to have an IUI done but my husband all of the sudden changed his mind on the "help" so i stopped treatment.

My periods are at least 45 days apart now for the last 3-5 months. The 2-3 months following chlomid i would get light periods which were very bright red/watery and lasted 5 days.

The last 3 months i have had a slight brown spotting at day 14 for about a day.
At or around day 14 i have been getting stomach cramps..not bad...just dull cramps which go from day 14 to the day i get my period (around day 45). 2 of the 3 months i fell weird sensations in my stomach....to me it feels like i have a declawed cat in my stomach pawing at the stomach tissue between my intestines and outter skin. Its weird. i cant describe it.
I have also put on weight but nothing crazy. few pounds since last year. I have never had any miscarriages, abortions or anything of the sort. The doc also did not notice any abnormalities with any of my uterine tissues (no polps or fibroids)

I switched to a gluten free diet because i thought i was having issues with that.
I was feeling good but i fell off the horse a bit and now occasionally have a little bit of wheat here or there. it doesnt seem to really affect me as much as it used to. I eat pretty healthy (lots of fruits and vegetables, no red meat , but i do eat fish, turkey and chicken). i am not really overweight (about 150 and i am 5 foot 8 regular build) and i dont smoke or drink. I am active but not overly active. Try to walk every day or go to the gym. I also work outside and usually stay active outside of work...mowing the lawn or cleaning the leaves, playing with the dogs etc.

i cant figure out wth is wrong with me fertility wise.
Docs say nothing...i have tried ovulation kits, temping, practically standing on my head after IC and i dont know why i just cant get preg. I do not feel overly stressed about anything...no money issues, or work issues that are overly stressful.

I am headed back to the doc on Tuesday next week but has anyone had something similiar happen?
