A natural pregnancy will happen if sperm and ovum will fertilize naturally and fertilized zygote will travel to uterus and placed in uterine wall. Infertility causes when the natural fertilization of sperm and ovum will not happen.
Reasons for infertility may be classified as causes of male infertility and causes of female infertility. Both the male infertility and female infertility are curable and a natural and healthy pregnancy may be possible.
Letís find the causes of infertility as well as the treatments and signs of infertility.

Damage to your fallopian tubes. These structures carry eggs from your ovaries, which produce eggs, to the uterus, where the baby develops.

Hormonal problems. You may not be getting pregnant because your body isn't going through the usual hormone changes that lead to the release of an egg from the ovary and the thickening of the lining of the uterus.
Cervical issues. Some women have a condition that prevents sperm from passing through the cervical canal.
Uterine trouble. You may have polyps and fibroids that interfere with getting pregnant.

"Unexplained" infertility. For about 20% of couples who have infertility problems, the exact causes are never pinpointed.

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you thought about going to an adoption attorney for a private adoption?
